Dining at Troutbeck

We endeavor to make our dining experiences as joyful and satisfying as ever, whilst taking every precaution to make our guests feel safe and comfortable both in and outdoors. Enjoy Chef Gabe McMackin’s elevated seasonal fare sourced from the best local and considered purveyors.

Our Breakfast, House, Wine and Dessert menus are available for in-room dining in any of our guestrooms. A delivery surcharge will be applied.

To maintain our commitment to best practices during this unprecedented time dining at Troutbeck is open to in-house guests, Members and private groups of 6 or more only. Guests are required to wear a mask at all times in our public areas and when seated at table prior to dining.

We fully adhere to New York State-mandated rules governing indoor dining including generously spacing tables beyond the prescribed distances. Numerous indoor seating options are available where our guests and members can convene over great food and drink.

All public areas are fitted with medical grade HEPA/UV air filtration systems, including our Ballroom. All spaces are seated at below 50% allowable occupancy. All guests are required to wear a mask. Our Covid protocols are regularly updated here on our site.

While the challenges of Covid have universally changed our everyday, Troutbeck doubles down on its commitment to build community and to gratify with care, bounty and the wellbeing of our guests and staff at the forefront.
